(OSHAWA)–Brookfield Homes (Ontario) Ltd. took home top honours at the 2009
Awards of Excellence ceremonies presented by the Durham Region Home
Builders’ Association (DRHBA) on April 17th at Deer Creek Golf & Banquet
Centre in Ajax.

new home building industry,” said Frank MacPhee, President of the Durham
Region Home Builders’ Association. “Each year our panel of judges have an
increasingly difficult time determining the winners in each category because
of the exceptional products, design and sales and marketing. We are proud to
